岗位职责：
1.参与公司AI业务系统的需求分析、方案设计、功能设计以及编码实现；
2.深入洞察和理解业务，优化和改进现有的业务架构；
3.协同产品经理、设计、开发、测试等人员，推动并保障跨团队项目高质量落地；
4.主动发现、分析并解决项目中的技术/业务难题，促进产品的迭代和优化。

任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，2年以上Java开发经验，英语读写熟练，听说能力优秀者优先；
2.熟练掌握Spring全家桶，包括Spring Boot、Spring Cloud等；
3.精通MyBatis，熟练使用MySQL，具备数据库设计能力；
4.熟悉消息队列(如Kafka、RabbitMQ)和NoSQL数据库(如Redis)；
5.了解分布式系统架构，具备高并发、高可用系统开发经验；
6.具备良好的问题分析和解决及持续学习的能力；
7.具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够与团队成员有效配合；
8.具有责任心，能够承担压力，有较强的执行力。
加分项：
1.有外企及跨国协作经验者优先；
2.具备良好的产品意识，能够从用户角度提出改进建议。
