Marketing

What you can expect
Bonsai (now part of Zoom) is hiring a Paid Growth Marketer to drive customer acquisition through end-to-end campaign execution. This isn't a traditional paid media specialist role. We're looking for a growth-oriented generalist who can own the full journey from strategy to creative to landing page to performance analysis. You'll be building and scaling paid acquisition channels while wearing multiple hats: campaign strategist, creative producer, landing page builder, and AI workflow automator. This role requires someone who's excited to work beyond traditional boundaries and tackle projects from scratch.
You'll join a small, fast-moving marketing team at our London office with significant ownership and autonomy. This is an opportunity to build Bonsai's London team presence while working on high-impact growth initiatives.
About the Team
Bonsai is a SaaS platform (now part of Zoom) that helps agencies and professional services run their entire business in one place—from proposals and contracts to invoicing, payments, projects, and time tracking. We reduce operational friction so small businesses can focus on meaningful work instead of admin.
You'll get startup energy with Zoom backing: high ownership, fast iteration, and the chance to influence a product used by thousands of businesses worldwide.
What you'll do
Own paid acquisition end-to-end: Strategy, execution, and optimisation of campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google, and emerging channels
Create campaign assets independently: Design ad creatives using Figma, Canva, or similar tools; analyse competitor ads to identify what works and how to differentiate
Build landing pages: Create campaign-specific landing pages using our tools, with ability to use AI-assisted custom code for more complex requirements
Automate with AI: Build and scale AI-powered workflows to rapidly produce, test, and iterate on creative assets and campaign processes
Manage budgets strategically: Allocate spend across channels based on performance, ROI, and marginal returns
Drive performance optimisation: Focus on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and incremental growth through continuous testing and analysis
Launch new channels from zero: Take ownership of exploring and testing new paid acquisition opportunities independently
Analyse and iterate: Uncover insights from campaign data, identify scaling opportunities, and improve acquisition efficiency
What we're looking for
2–5 years of focused experience in growth marketing, paid media, or digital marketing—ideally within startups, growth agencies, or fast-moving environments
Hands-on paid campaign experience across multiple channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, or similar platforms)
Creative capabilities: Experience creating ad assets using design tools, with a designer's eye for what works in paid social
Landing page building: Comfortable creating landing pages and willing to work with code (AI-assisted is fine)
AI-forward mindset: Confident building

Fraudulent Employment Offers
Zoom is aware of scams that involve fake Zoom job listings posted on third-party sites. Responding applicants are contacted primarily over email, InMail and/or chat applications by people impersonating Zoom employees. Eventually a fake offer letter is sent in exchange for personal identification information as part of a fake new-hire screening process.
Please be advised that these offers, communications and impersonations are illegitimate and fraudulent. All communication with Zoom employees come from a “@zoom.us” email address. Zoom job applicants complete an interview process including in-person (on Zoom) meetings and phone calls. Our process also requires you to create an account with our applicant tracking system, Workday.
Zoom will never ask for your personally identifying information during the interview process or ask you to pay money or purchase equipment. If you have received a message from Zoom that appears suspicious, please contact us here.
