About the Team

In this role, you will be part of a talented and diverse digital marketing team. This team is dedicated to creating seamless and accessible digital experiences for Zoom’s prospects and customers. This team is committed to ensuring that all digital touchpoints—including analytics, localization, acquisition, and web teams—are designed with inclusion and accessibility in mind. Responsibilities

  • Defining and executing an inclusive marketing website strategy that aligns with business priorities. Ensuring ongoing optimization that results in increased traffic, engagement, and revenue growth for a diverse user base.
  • Lead the evaluation and improvement of the website’s technology stack and functionality to drive efficiencies. Improve page performance, and deliver a robust, accessible user experience.
  • Partner with product marketing, brand, communications, and localization teams to implement a go-to-market strategy that resonates with diverse audiences. Work closely with localization teams to ensure all web properties reflect linguistic and cultural diversity, providing an engaging experience for a global audience.
  • Own the organic channel optimization from both a content strategy and technical assessment standpoint to ensure accessibility and inclusivity in search results.
  • Establish inclusive KPIs, analyze web performance data, and implement data-driven recommendations to continuously improve conversion rates and user satisfaction across diverse demographics.
  • Design and optimize customer journey strategies that consider various user needs. Ensuring accessibility and usability across all touchpoints, including landing pages, product pages, and blog content.
  • Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, web technologies, and accessibility standards to ensure Zoom’s web presence remains innovative and inclusive.

What we’re looking for

  • Have excellent web optimizing techniques, tool stack optimization, and enhancing overall website performance, security, and user experience with accessibility in mind.
  • Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to align web strategy with business goals while ensuring inclusivity and representation in all digital experiences.
  • Collaborative Leader: Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with teams, including product marketing, engineering, design, and localization, to ensure an inclusive approach to web strategy.
  • Technical Expertise: Good knowledge of web technologies, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude). CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Optimizely), and optimization platforms (e.g., Optimizely, ContentSquare).
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Experience with journey mapping and developing strategies that consider diverse customer needs and experiences, optimizing conversion paths and digital content for all users.
  • Results-Oriented: A proven track record of implementing initiatives that drive traffic, engagement, and revenue growth across diverse audiences.
  • Global Perspective: Experience managing or collaborating on web strategies for a global audience, ensuring cultural relevancy and accessibility.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate goals, plans, and results to stakeholders at all levels, promoting an inclusive and diverse perspective.

Qualifications

  • Higher Education in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in digital marketing, web strategy, or related roles, with a focus on inclusive and accessible digital experiences.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and managing complex web projects with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion.
  • Project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in an ever changing, diverse environment.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$150 800,00

Maximum:

$329 900,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
