This is a hybrid role and will require days in the Office

Responsibilities
Implementing partner account plans to achieve revenue growth and strengthen channel relationships.
Developing quarterly business plans with partners to align on revenue targets and growth strategies.
Creating performance dashboards to monitor key metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
Delivering training sessions and workshops to enhance partner technical and sales capabilities.
Collaborating with internal teams to streamline partner processes and resolve operational challenges.
Sharing best practices and coaching team members on partner engagement techniques.
What we’re looking for
Demonstrate expertise in channel partner business models and revenue optimization strategies.(8 years +)
Exhibit advanced skills in delivering effective pitches on products and solutions.
Possess a strong understanding of enterprise solution selling methodologies.
Showcase experience in developing and executing partner enablement initiatives.
Utilize market insights to identify trends and adjust partner strategies effectively.
Display proficiency in analyzing sales data and providing actionable recommendations.
Collaborate effectively across teams to enhance program execution and partner success.
