Go To Market Operations

Own and transform end-to-end Demand-to-Retention (D2R) processes across the full go-to-market lifecycle, driving alignment and efficiency from initial demand generation through to customer retention. This is a highvisibility role that partners cross-functionally with Go-To-Market, Finance, IT, and Deal Desk teams to optimize revenue operations. The position focuses on standardizing processes, modernizing systems, and building scalable frameworks that support sustainable growth. Play a key role in shaping how revenue flows across the business, balancing commercial growth objectives with operational efficiency and governance.
About the Team
The team sits within Zoom Video Communications’s Go-To-Market and Revenue Operations function. They work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Operations, and IT to build a scalable, compliant, and data-driven revenue engine. Focused on process excellence and systems strategy, the team enables scalable Go-To-Market growth and efficient revenue management.
Responsibilities
Managing D2R processes such as lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, renewals, and expansion, while analyzing sales forecasting, pipeline health, and conversion metrics to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Designing and improving workflows, controls, and business rules
Partnering with Go-To-Market and Finance on pricing, deal structure, and new sales motions
Identifying gaps and driving process and system improvements
Translating business needs into Salesforce/CPQ requirements and support delivery
Operationalizing policy through scalable processes and governance controls
Supporting enablement and adoption of new processes and tools
What we’re looking for
Hold qualifications in Business, Finance, or a related field. Advanced education in these areas is advantageous.
8+ years in Go-To-Market Ops, RevOps, or Business Process roles
Have proven experience in Salesforce CRM (SFDC) and various tools (e.g., Leadspace, LeanData, Clari, ZoomInfo, Zuora or any CPQ tools, Lusha, or comparable platforms).
Have good experience with D2R processes in a SaaS environment
Have good knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and familiarity with CPQ
Have proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and system enhancements
Have good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Have experience in scaling or SOX-compliant environments is advantages
Be flexible to support APAC, EU, and US EST time zones, with availability until at least 10 PM/11PM IST
