This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and relationship management, acting as a consultant who identifies pain points in the partner lifecycle and implements solutions to make doing business easier.

Core Responsibilities
  • Partner Journey Mapping & Optimization: Map the entire partner lifecycle (onboarding, training, support, growth) to identify and eliminate friction points.
  • Strategy Development: Design and execute programs that enhance partner engagement, productivity, and profitability.
  • Onboarding & Enablement: Create standard onboarding programs, training materials, and certification frameworks to enable partners to sell or support products effectively.
  • Voice of the Partner (VoP): Collect, analyze, and report partner feedback through surveys and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to drive internal improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the internal advocate for partners by working with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align on goals and resolve issues.
  • Performance Analytics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as partner activation, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Partner Portal Management: Manage the digital tools and platforms (PRM systems) used by partners to ensure access to resources and data.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Generally requires 7+ years in partner management, channel sales, customer success, or strategic consulting, often within a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to use data, such as Net Promoter System (NPS) scores or performance metrics, to drive decision-making.
  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to build trust and maintain high-touch relationships with partners.
  • Project Management: Skilled in managing complex projects, including the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for presenting to partners and internal stakeholders.

Fraudulent Employment Offers

Zoom is aware of scams that involve fake Zoom job listings posted on third-party sites. Responding applicants are contacted primarily over email, InMail and/or chat applications by people impersonating Zoom employees. Eventually a fake offer letter is sent in exchange for personal identification information as part of a fake new-hire screening process.

Please be advised that these offers, communications and impersonations are illegitimate and fraudulent. All communication with Zoom employees come from a “@zoom.us” email address. Zoom job applicants complete an interview process including in-person (on Zoom) meetings and phone calls. Our process also requires you to create an account with our applicant tracking system, Workday.

Zoom will never ask for your personally identifying information during the interview process or ask you to pay money or purchase equipment. If you have received a message from Zoom that appears suspicious, please contact us here
