About the Team

The sales team is a high-energy, collaborative group driving global growth. They partner with organisations of all sizes to unlock smarter, more connected ways of working. With innovation at the core, the team plays a key role in shaping how businesses embrace modern communication and AI-powered collaboration.


Responsibilities

  • Owning the full sales cycle — from first conversation to signed deal — across Mid-Market and Commercial accounts

  • Building and growing strong relationships with customers in Switzerland and Austria (DACH region)

  • Identifying customer challenges and positioning solutions as a strategic collaboration and AI productivity platform

  • Consistently achieving (and exceeding) revenue targets across a broad product suite

  • Running engaging discovery conversations with C-level and VP stakeholders

  • Delivering standout demos, proposals, and business reviews that clearly articulate value

  • Expanding existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities

  • Working closely with partners and leveraging the channel ecosystem to drive growth

  • Collaborating with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to win as a team


What we’re looking for

  • 4+ years’ experience as an Account Executive in SaaS or technology sales

  • Strong background selling cloud, UCaaS, CCaaS, or collaboration platforms

  • Fluent German and English (French is a bonus!)

  • Proven success in the Mid-Market / Commercial segment

  • Experience working with partners and selling through the channel

  • A track record of closing new business and growing existing accounts

  • Have good experience managing full-cycle sales processes and pipeline development

  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers

  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and driven to win
