What You Can Expect
You will define and execute a global AI-powered learning strategy that transforms how teams learn and perform. You will lead strategists and designers to build scalable, data-driven experiences using generative AI and adaptive learning. You will deliver measurable performance outcomes that align learning innovation with business growth.
You will serve as a strategic connector across the organization—bridging business goals, enablement initiatives, and emerging technologies—to ensure that learning and content ecosystems evolve in step with organizational growth and innovation.

Responsibilities
Defining and driving the global AI Content & Learning Strategy, integrating generative AI, adaptive learning, and automation to enhance design, delivery, and analytics across all learning programs
Partnering with senior leaders across GTM, Channel, Marketing, Product, and Revenue to align learning outcomes with business objectives and performance metrics
Overseeing intake, prioritization, and execution of learning projects across multiple business units, ensuring effective collaboration with Account Executives, Channel Partners, Solution Engineering, Renewals, and Customer Success teams
Championing AI tools to accelerate content creation, automate workflows, and personalize learner experiences while fostering experimentation in interactive content, simulations, and video learning
Leading and developing a team of instructional designers, content strategists, and learning technologists to deliver cohesive, high-quality learning initiatives that drive measurable impact
Establishing scalable processes for project governance, resource allocation, and continuous improvement to ensure efficient delivery of learning programs aligned with organizational priorities
Building a data-informed culture by implementing AI analytics to measure learning effectiveness, optimize engagement, and demonstrate ROI on learning investments
Staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and instructional design to continuously evolve the learning strategy and maintain competitive advantage
What We're Looking For
Demonstrate 10+ years of experience in learning strategy, instructional design, or enablement
Lead large-scale learning or content transformation initiatives across global organizations
Apply AI technologies in learning contexts, including generative AI, adaptive learning, and content automation
Manage complex projects and engage stakeholders across global, cross-functional teams
Communicate strategic vision and lead organizational change effectively
Lead and develop teams of learning professionals for 5+ years
Utilize learning technologies such as LMS/LXP platforms, Seismic, Synthesia, and other AI-driven tools
Measure and report on learning program impact using data analytics and AI-driven insights
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$126,500.00Maximum:
$276,700.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
