About the Team
You will be part of the Digital Analytics team, which supports Zoom’s digital platforms and growth initiatives. The team focuses on understanding customer journeys, improving online experiences, and enabling data-driven decisions across the organization. Collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning are key to how the team operates.
Responsibilities
Creating automated reports, designing dashboards, and offering tagging recommendations.

Monitoring performance using dashboards, scorecards, and conducting ad-hoc analysis to ensure accurate tracking and evaluation of key metrics.
Supporting experimentation and personalization initiatives by leveraging insights derived from data analysis.
Collaborating with the eCommerce and Marketing teams to identify key performance indicators and establish reporting requirements.
Identifying opportunities during updates and enhancements to improve website functionality and user experience.
Analyzing churn data to identify patterns and enhance customer retention strategies.
Enabling teams through training to utilize data efficiently while fostering a data-driven and customer-oriented perspective.
What we’re looking for
5+ years of experience with tools like Amplitude, Tableau, Salesforce, or Google Analytics
Demonstrate proficiency in SQL and Python.
Demonstrate effective communication skills to convey data insights clearly to business stakeholders.
Demonstrate expertise in analyzing pathing patterns and interpreting web data effectively.
Work effectively with extensive datasets stored within a data warehouse environment.
Demonstrate knowledge of SaaS metrics such as MRR and ARR.
Demonstrate analytical thinking with a focus on prioritizing customer needs.
Present insights effectively to various audiences in a clear and concise manner.
