We’re looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join our growing team in Amsterdam, supporting the

Italian market. In this role, you’ll build long-term relationships commercial customers, acting as a trusted

partner throughout their journey. You’ll work closely with Italian-speaking clients to identify their needs and

help them modernize the way they communicate and collaborate.

The ideal candidate brings experience selling Unified Communications (UC) and/or Contact Center solutions

and enjoys engaging with customers, uncovering opportunities, and closing impactful deals.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting or exceeding sales objectives, utilizing solution-selling techniques to guide sales process to

  • close

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with a "hunter" mentality

  • Managing complex sales situations effectively guide the sales process to close

  • Using value based-selling techniques to effectively guide sales processes to close

  • Traveling frequently to Italy.

What we’re looking for

  • 3-5 years direct commercial sales experience in a UCaaS or CCaaS environment

  • Have experience of selling to the Italian market at a Commercial level.

  • Be native in Italian and fluent in English

  • Have strong capabilities in business forecasting, pipeline development, and account management

  • Have a track record of client satisfaction, consistent performance, and effective collaboration with

  • internal teams and external partners

  • Have the ability to conduct product pitch and deliver strategic relevant messaging tailored to each

  • sector audiences

  • Have extensive experience selling sophisticated solutions to commercial enterprises
