    What you can expect

    We are seeking a talented Zoom Phone Specialist with deep specialized experience in UCaaS /Telephony. You will have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Phone industry and UC market. This person will have in-depth experience in onboarding and leading partners specializing in UC/Zoom Phone sales. This role will execute on the identification, recruitment, on-boarding and nurturing of UC/Zoom Phone partners. The role will enhance sales revenue by building relationships with partners.

They engage passionately, forming strategic partnerships and adopting a customer-centric approach to expand Zoom's global presence and maximise virtual collaboration for businesses.

    Responsibilities

    • Developing a solid understanding of key product differentiators, sales methodologies and processes

    • Presenting and Demo Zoom Phone to customers, partners and teams

    • Being the “trusted” advisor for the partners you support for Zoom Phone

    • Executing sales training and provide marketing support

    • Tracking sales pipeline, bookings against quota and attainment thereof

    What we’re looking for

    • 5+ years experience

    • Direct Cloud PBX/ UCaaS Product selling experience

    • Develop and maintain solid relationships with channel partners to drive sales and meet revenue targets.

    • Demonstrate understanding of the competitor market

    • Detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated, coachable

    • Skilled in conducting presentations, online demos, adhering and adopting a measured sales process

    This job leads specialized sales engagements through deep product expertise and consultative approaches to complex customer requirements. It focuses on developing comprehensive technical solutions while mentoring junior sales professionals in solution selling methodologies. Overall, the job drives strategic sales outcomes through market analysis, customer insight, and cross-functional solution coordination.

    Key Responsibilities

    Leading specialized sales engagements through deep product knowledge and consultative approaches

    • Conducting detailed discovery sessions with customers to understand technical requirements and business process implications.

    • Work with channel partners to develop joint sales strategies, create market penetration plans, and execute go-to-market initiatives.

    • Developing comprehensive solution proposals that address specific customer challenges and demonstrate clear value.

    Applying functional expertise to identify and pursue targeted sales opportunities

    • Analyzing customer pain points and technical needs to determine fit with specialized product capabilities.

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets within the designated territory.

    • Creating targeted engagement strategies based on industry-specific requirements and solution parameters.

    Managing complex sales cycles by leveraging product expertise and customer insights

    • Coordinating proof-of-concept demonstrations to validate technical alignment and showcase product functionality.

    • Developing adoption plans that address implementation considerations and maximize solution benefits.

    Mentoring junior sales professionals in solution selling and technical knowledge

    • Providing structured guidance on deal navigation and stakeholder relationship management techniques.

    • Sharing best practices for technical discovery and solution development with team members.

    Coordinating with internal teams to align solution design and delivery

    • Working closely with technical specialists to address specific customer requirements and solution configurations.

    • Managing solution workshops to ensure alignment between customer needs and product capabilities.

    Analyzing market trends to refine sales approaches and solution positioning

    • Tracking competitive dynamics and customer feedback to identify opportunities for solution differentiation.

    • Contributing insights that help shape territory planning and engagement strategies.

    Capabilities

    • Have expert knowledge of enterprise solution architectures and their alignment with complex business transformation requirements.

    • Demonstrate mastery of advanced sales methodologies focused on technical discovery and value-based solution positioning.

    • Possess comprehensive understanding of industry-specific technology ecosystems and their impact on specialized product implementations.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$119,600.00

Maximum:

$261,500.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
