Responsibilities

  • Leading the go-to-market motion for Zoom’s new enterprise Video Management solution across EMEA.

  • Identifying and engaging high-value prospects to build and maintain a robust video management pipeline.

  • Qualifying leads and perform needs assessments, engaging technical resources when necessary.

  • Conducting discovery meetings to explore customer video management use cases.

  • Delivering and managing client presentations, proposals, and quarterly business reviews.

  • Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to accelerate adoption and market presence.

  • Utilizing solution-selling techniques to guide sales processes and close deals.

  • Capturing and share customer feedback to influence future product direction.

What we’re looking for

  • Demonstrate success (5+ years) in Enterprise video management or SaaS sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Demonstrate expertise in video analytics, engagement metrics, and methods for measuring content performance effectively.

  • Possess direct experience with platforms like Panopto, Kaltura, Vimeo Enterprise, or Brightcove

  • Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.

  • Adapt swiftly to emerging technologies and evolving processes within dynamic and ever-changing environments.

  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management abilities with an emphasis on achieving measurable results.

  • Demonstrate success in leading product and services training, including demos and sales guides.
