We are seeking a talented UCaaS/CCaaS specialist for Zoom Phone Channel Sales dedicated to Zoom Channel Partners in the sub-region of APAC including Singapore, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Philippines, and Indonesia. The primary objective of this role is to identify and onboard strategic partners and develop Zoom Phone practices and pipeline across the APAC region.

The successful candidate will have the skills and expertise to build key relationships within the partners, understand the partner business models and how Zoom Phone can accelerate their business, guide them through the enablement and partner development journey, and be the Zoom Phone and Zoom Contact Center expert to drive their success.


  • Establish deep relationships with strategic partners to be the trusted Zoom Phone/Zoom Contact Center advisor and accelerate the building of a thriving Zoom Phone practice.
  • Drive Zoom Phone/Zoom Contact Center mindshare and preference within the partner
  • Lead partner enablement and partner development journey including needs assessment, product training, bootcamps, and train-the-trainer events
  • Implement partner pipeline generation activities and campaigns
  • Strategize and build business development plans to accelerate their Zoom Phone/Zoom Contact Center partner practice
  • Strategize and partner with Channel Account Managers and Zoom Phone Channel Engineers to provide technical and sales expertise
  • Develop strategic partner knowledge, address support inquiries and follow-up on items pertaining to Zoom Phone/Zoom Contact Center
  • Work closely with internal teams to support partner sales transactions and influence the evolution of content, enablement, processes, programs, and operations that support the Zoom Phone/Zoom Contact Center partner.
  • Advocate for partners to internal sales teams and operational organizations
  • Continually enhance product and operational process knowledge to maintain role as a Zoom Phone/Zoom Contact Center channel subject matter expert


  • 5 to 7 years’ experience in channel sales and partner practice development
  • Deep SaaS sales and lifecycle experience
  • 5+ years telephony (on-prem and cloud) sales experience. UCaaS & CCaaS expertise.
  • Experience in bringing channel partners onboard, building partner practices, consulting partner differentiation, and partner pipeline generation.
  • Consultative seller with strong business acumen to influence and drive partner business across all organizational levels within the partner organization
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills with experience in developing sales best practices, demoing, and building and delivering training in live and virtual modalities. Technical training experience preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proven track record of dynamic execution and delivering results.
  • Ability to evaluate complex processes and apply critical-thinking skills & develop new systems
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative environment
  • Ability and willingness to travel to partner locations and events (as permitted) 
  • Languages: English, Korean (preferred)
