Zoom Contact Centre Sales Specialist - Germany South

What you can expect

Zoom is looking for an Account Executive with experience in Contact Center/CX sales, to sell our Zoom Customer Experience Platform in Germany. You will partner with account executives and Zoom channel partners to prospect new opportunities, increasing sales funnel and drive sales execution plans. This role will support teams selling CX solutions into companies across all sectors in Germany.

About the Team

The Zoom CX sales team grows awareness, adoption, and deployment of Zoom Contact Center, Zoom Virtual Agent, and Zoom Workforce Engagement Management capabilities across Zoom customers.

You will also be a passionate market evangelist within Zoom customers and customer prospects framing our proposition around desired customer outcomes. Your overarching mission will be to help customers re-imagine their customer and agent experiences. The team builds on Zoom infrastructure and introduce how customer and agent journeys are made better when leveraging AI to provide personalized, prescriptive, and proactive experiences.

Location
South of Germany, Munich, Stuggart.

What we’re looking for

• Qualify leads and perform needs assessment, engaging technical resources

• Create, deliver, and manage client presentations, proposals and coordinate quarterly business reviews

• Have a proactive, outbound approach to attract new customers and generate CX conversations

• Develop and maintain business within existing accounts, manage large, complex sales situations and sales campaigns

• Partner with Zoom Account Executives to upsell current customers and assist in closing potential customers

• Experience with business account, territory planning and delivering commercial models to our customers

• Develop go to market co-sell strategy (internal Zoom, alliance partner & channel partners)

• Partner with Product/Engineering on Contact Center integrations & roadmap requirements

• Fluent in written and spoken German to a native speaker standard.

  Sie werden auch ein leidenschaftlicher Marktreferist für Zoom-Kunden und potenzielle Kunden sein und unser Angebot auf die gewünschten Kundenergebnisse ausrichten. Ihre übergeordnete Mission wird es sein, Kunden dabei zu helfen, ihre Kunden- und Agentenerlebnisse neu zu gestalten. Das Team baut auf Zoom auf

• Qualifizieren Sie Leads und führen Sie eine Bedarfsermittlung durch, indem Sie technische Ressourcen einbeziehen

• Erstellen, liefern und verwalten Sie Kundenpräsentationen und Angebote und koordinieren Sie vierteljährliche Geschäftsberichte

• Verfolgen Sie einen proaktiven Outbound-Ansatz, um neue Kunden zu gewinnen und CX-Konversationen zu generieren

• Entwickeln und pflegen Sie das Geschäft mit bestehenden Konten, verwalten Sie große, komplexe Verkaufssituationen und Verkaufskampagnen

• Arbeiten Sie mit Zoom Account Executives zusammen, um aktuelle Kunden weiterzuverkaufen und potenzielle Kunden zu gewinnen

• Erfahrung mit Geschäftskonten, Gebietsplanung und der Bereitstellung von Geschäftsmodellen für unsere Kunden

• Entwickeln Sie eine Go-to-Market-Co-Sell-Strategie (interner Zoom, Allianzpartner und Vertriebspartner)

• Arbeiten Sie bei Contact Center-Integrationen und Roadmap-Anforderungen mit Produkten/Ingenieuren zusammen
