We are seeking a talented individual sales account executive with specialized experience in Contact Center sales, understands the industry standards, and has the ability to partner with direct sales account executives to prospect new opportunities and increase sales funnel.  

Primary goal is to partner with sales Account Executives, to upsell current customers and assist in closing potential customers.



  • Develop a strong understanding of key product differentiators, sales methodologies and processes

  • Ability and experience to lead a contact center discovery sales call.

  • Be an innovator that will help our global company discover new ways to sell our service and drive new business initiatives

  • Conduct high-level conversations with C-Level and VP -Level Executives to address business needs

  • Work closely with internal teams to drive customer feedback and improve product

  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates

  • Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions

  • Develop go to market co-sell strategy (internal Zoom, alliance partner & channel partners)

  • Develop and maintain up to date current training materials for partner contact center integrations as required 

  • Drive Partner Awareness & Expertise specifically in our Zoom Phone Contact Center integrations

  • Enable our account executive sellers to recognize a Zoom Contact Center opportunity and understand the benefits of our integrated platforms.

  • Maintain current Contact Center software industry and product knowledge

  • Deliver on-site and virtual learning & customer engagements

  • Conduct needs assessment, develop and deliver partner qualification offerings, boot camps and train-the-trainer programs on Zoom Contact Center features and Integrations

  • Develop strategic sales positioning and product knowledge, address support inquiries and follow-up on items pertaining to Zoom Contact Center  

  • Embed Contact Center sales methodology into Zoom sales practices

  • Partner with Product/Engineering on Contact Center integrations & roadmap requirements

  • Enhance Zoom Phone training content and effective touch points in the partner life cycle

  • Continually enhance product and operational process knowledge to maintain role as a Zoom Contact Center subject matter expert

  • Participate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals 

  • Willingness to flex hours to support global partners as needed




  • 5+ years Telephony Contact Center Sales Experience

  • 5+ years technical experience in Contact Center (a plus, but not required)

  • SaaS Business & Sales Experience

  • Deep Contact Center software industry product knowledge

  • Excellent communicator

  • Strong presentation skills to create engaging messaging, training material and supporting resources.

  • Experience leading others with product/services training; best practices; demo and sales guides; learning and training materials.

  • Ability and aptitude to work within various mediums to coach & develop partner sellers

  • Must understand business telephony & Contact Center (Cloud & Premises PBX) 

  • Ability to evaluate complex processes and apply critical-thinking skills & develop new systems

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative environment

  • Multilingual is a plus

Zoom is aware of scams that involve fake Zoom job listings posted on third-party sites. Responding applicants are contacted primarily over email, InMail and/or chat applications by people impersonating Zoom employees. Eventually a fake offer letter is sent in exchange for personal identification information as part of a fake new-hire screening process.
