The Head of Go to Market (GTM) Application is a Sr. IT leadership position reporting into the CIO. We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive vision, strategy and implementation for a large IT portfolio supporting automation needs of Marketing, Sales, Partner, Customer Support and Learning management functions of company. Partnering with executive business leaders cross functionally, you will build future ready solutions that power the growth, productivity, and experience of our customers, partners, and internal colleagues.

In this role, you will lead a global team of Engineering leaders, Product Managers, Application Engineers and domain architects.
Create the vision and strategy for our enterprise systems including CRM, Marketing, CS and Learning platforms
Partner with business and operations leaders to redesign, evolve and automate business processes for scale. Provide thought leadership relating industry best practices for the GTM domains.
Translate business priorities into IT applications roadmap and make investment recommendations.
Manage and host IT steering committee with business stakeholders for cross-functional initiatives, engagement, prioritization and resource allocation.
Mentor and develop a high performing global team, setting clear goals & objectives and measuring performance against goals.
Manage a variety of best-in-breed cloud vendors and service providers to maximize the value of the investments.
Ensure information and automation services are delivered with highest security and compliance standards.
Engineering / CS / MIS Degree (Bachelor’s; graduate degree a plus) and 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
10+ years of SaaS business applications experience including robust hands-on experience in Marketing, CRM (Salesforce), ServiceNow and CPQ and Enterprise Architecture.
Extensive experience and proven track record in the development and support of enterprise application systems and services.
Experience developing, coaching and mentoring a team; strong in hiring, team building and organizational development
Demonstrates integrity, good judgment, and ability to act as a trusted advisor with the most senior levels in an organization with the ability to represent the organization.
Experience managing the compliance requirements and programs required to protect sensitive data, this includes SOX, GDPR, CCPA, BCP/DR etc.
Entrepreneurial mindset and results driven. Thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Experience in presenting systems/IT concepts to senior business executives, ability to communicate with passion, and ability to articulate with business context.

Colorado Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Maximum :$337,600.00 USD
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus and equity value. Information about Zoom’s benefits is here. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.

Fraudulent Employment Offers
Zoom is aware of scams that involve fake Zoom job listings posted on third-party sites. Responding applicants are contacted primarily over email, InMail and/or chat applications by people impersonating Zoom employees. Eventually a fake offer letter is sent in exchange for personal identification information as part of a fake new-hire screening process.
Please be advised that these offers, communications and impersonations are illegitimate and fraudulent. All communication with Zoom employees come from a “@zoom.us” email address. Zoom job applicants complete an interview process including in-person (on Zoom) meetings and phone calls. Our process also requires you to create an account with our applicant tracking system, Workday.
