This is for Gerard's team (CIO)
-Manage and support the integrity and the security of company devices and SaaS applications used by end-users
-Drives projects from inception to completion of a more complex nature in a technical role
-Finds creative solutions that work within Zoom’s cloud environment
-Focused on troubleshooting and resolving end-user problems and knowledge of service-now system
-Manages a large number of concurrent projects as needed
-Provides support to IT team members to resolve moderately difficult problems with products and applications by meeting customer service standards (e.g., displaying a positive attitude, actively listening, taking ownership, leveraging knowledge, communicating clearly)
-Provides technical support to our local and remote employees and handles any escalations
-7+ years of relevant cloud [SaaS] or on-premises system administration experience with Windows and Mac devices
-Extensive knowledge of MDM (Workspace One, JAMF, or Intune)
-Experience with Administration Google Workspace.
-Extensive knowledge of iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows
-Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools.
-Experience with Privilege Access Management (PAM) tools.
-Experience scripting with Python, PowerShell, or Bash
-Experience using cloud identity and access management tools, preferably Okta
-Experience in Patching and Vulnerability mitigation
-Experience with API calls
-Strong familiarity with AWS (Workspace’s, VPC, basic Networking)
-Experience in Virtualization (Server and Desktop)
-Bachelor’s degree required and other related training certifications preferred
-Familiarity with Zoom video conferencing industry and applications processes is a plus
-Attention to detail, time management of moderately complex tasks, and strong customer focus
-Possess a professional attitude and work ethic in addition to being well organized and efficient
-Ability to deal with unforeseen situations and come up with logical solutions to these problems

Fraudulent Employment Offers
Zoom is aware of scams that involve fake Zoom job listings posted on third-party sites. Responding applicants are contacted primarily over email, InMail and/or chat applications by people impersonating Zoom employees. Eventually a fake offer letter is sent in exchange for personal identification information as part of a fake new-hire screening process.
Please be advised that these offers, communications and impersonations are illegitimate and fraudulent. All communication with Zoom employees come from a “@zoom.us” email address. Zoom job applicants complete an interview process including in-person (on Zoom) meetings and phone calls. Our process also requires you to create an account with our applicant tracking system, Workday.
Zoom will never ask for your personally identifying information during the interview process or ask you to pay money or purchase equipment. If you have received a message from Zoom that appears suspicious, please contact email@example.com.
