Job Description:

Design and develop business solutions for internal and external customers related to the eCommerce/Billing domain in collaboration with Marketing, Finance and Business Operations. Gather software requirements in sessions with business stakeholders in relation to billing domain on eCommerce portal for both customer-facing and Zoom internal administration solutions, providing level of effort, design, and development of solution. Build and maintain Zooms Online eCommerce Flow, Middleware and Third-party Integration and Service provisioning solutions. Implement Web User Interface (UI) flows to support new business initiatives, offers and regions integrating with product and other enterprise applications. Responsible for the design, development and maintenance of the Zoom Billing Web project front end. Redesign Customers Billing web portal, perform improvements to the buy flow to meet business needs for better customer experience. Participate in product discussion and UI design, cooperate with UI team to design system interaction process and achieve UI effect. Closely work with Marketing and UI/UX design teams to understand the workflows, mockups, wireframes, exception paths and implement accordingly. Assist the team to improve the framework and optimize the front-end performance. Understand the current Web implementation on Angular JS framework and to migrate to Vue JS framework that involves designing and development. Design modules to optimize Payment infrastructure to expand the International reach of Zooms Payment Methods. Implement Billing Web UI to be able to identify the customers based on location (ipaddress) and currency, use to map to different payment processors and to process the payment accordingly. Utilize Agile Software Methodology to deliver solutions iteratively and produce high quality technical design documents that utilize UML diagrams and design patterns. Core team members in Billing scrum team, adapt Agile methodology and deliver the high-quality products in an incremental mode. Deliver secure, reliable, robust, scalable and high available services. Apply security measures in web development such as content security policy, to use modern UI frameworks, and create web UI through a high-quality layout. Develop tools to automate Billing System operations and deliver Business System capabilities to optimize Finance and Billing Support teams business processes. Build automated and/or user interface tools for Internal teams to simplify the activities on Billing domain that improves efficiency. Collaborate with other Enterprise Systems teams to deliver end-to-end solutions utilizing Billing, CRM, CPQ, Taxation, and Payment systems. Works with cross-functional teams to implement the Billing Web UI integrating with back-end systems. Triage critical customer issues and provide technical guidance to resolve issues in Production environment. Ability to troubleshoot the critical issues in Production, analyze, identify the root cause and fix them in a timely manner. Analyze and optimize program performance and monitoring. Build monitoring tools to track the UI performance and work on improving the loading speed and interaction with external systems. Oversees 11 subordinates 

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, a related field, or a foreign equivalent. Must have 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupation. Experience must include JavaScript; ECMAScript; HTML; CSS; AJAX; jQuery; bootstrap; front-end development technologies including Sass/LESS; front-end MVC frameworks including Vue and Angular; Front-end automation testing and unit testing; Java Servlets and RESTful API; Development, maintenance and innovation of consumer facing web or mobile applications; Ops tools including Jenkins; and Microservices based architecture. 20% domestic travel required.
