We are seeking a Sr Product Manager / Owner in the Quote-to-Cash & Finance system team, who wants to be part of a modern, progressive Business Systems team to help Zoom's larger commitment to providing happiness to both internal and external customers and partners. As a Product Manager, you will provide functional/technical leadership for the SaaS business enablement, especially in the areas of Deal Guidance & Scoring business processes needs to sell state-of-the-art Zoom Collaboration Solutions to our customers. This job will require a thorough understanding of the SaaS/Subscription commerce all the way from Lead to Opportunity with a deep expertise in Partner/reseller 1T/2T entablements, SaaS OEM based integrations, App Marketplaces etc. In this role you will be partnering with Business stakeholders, other business systems analysts and engineering leads to simplify, design and automate end to end commerce capabilities with best of breed technology solutions. This is a highly visible and critical role, reporting to the Head of Business Apps -QTC/Finance, offering the chance to be a change agent lead for the digitization of deal desk and deal guidance capabilities transformation.

About the Role
Collaborate and establish strong partnerships with business stakeholders and SME leads in Lead to Opportunity and Channel partners teams to convert business requirements to a scalable solutions architecture and designs
Partner with multiple technology teams (eCommerce, Salesforce, Oracle, Zuora, Snowflake Engineering, Cloud-Native tech in-house systems) to define customer experience, functional & technical requirements, functional & technical design, data integration flows and engineering executions to deliver a scalable solution
Establish detailed functional and technical designs well-documented and communicate status, risks and issues to both technology and business leadership
Drive and Lead the digitization of Deal Guidance and Scoring Business process, Deals Desk capabilities, Deals discount threshold management, Margin protection, Approval workflows etc.
Design and Build deep learning modules /Statistical analysis for recommended Deals pricing based on customer history and transaction history
Key KPI measures for Pricing and Margin protection
Integrated capabilities with Quoting lifecycle
Present functional and technical Architecture deliverables such as Ecosystem and Integration diagrams, Object and Data models, Business Process Flows, Micro-Service designs and User experience Mock-ups
Design and guide data analysis, conversion and migration, interfaces, and executive reporting abilities via SaaS KPI measures.
About You
8+ years of Commerce and SaaS business applications experience including robust functional and technical experience in Subscription commerce, Lead to Cash and related systems.
Engineering / CS / MIS Degree (Bachelor’s; graduate degree a plus) and relevant industry experience.
Experience in presenting systems/IT concepts to senior business and IT stakeholders, ability to communicate with passion, and ability to articulate with business context.
Highly positive and collaborative individual that excels at developing working relationships, building consensus, and fostering trust and collaboration at all levels with a love for and ability to multitask and deal with ambiguity
Deep functional and technical experience in the SFDC, Oracle, Zuora platform, technology and integrations including workflows, data query, APIs is mandatory.
Technology experience or knowledge of REST based micro-services, Java/JavaScript, Elastic Auto scale PaaS infrastructures based on AWS, Deep learning algorithms is a plus
