Zoom is looking for a Senior IT Delivery Manager that will support business solutions in our CPQ, Order to Cash and other supporting systems.
As an IT Delivery Manager, you will manage number of Solution architects, BSA in multi-facet domain to provide leadership and support of CPQ (Configure, Pricing and Quoting), OTC (Order to Cash), Subscription Billing, Payments, and Invoice processing on the Oracle platform.

About the Role
Lead a team of Solution architects and functional resources in managing and coming up with complex solutions for applications using Oracle's Big Machine, Oracle Fusion cloud, Oracle Subscription / Billing, Oracle RMCS
Translate functional demands to solution driven roadmap
Be a mentor to the employees in your team
Work with the team to design solutions that leverage best practices and introduce new technologies
Functional and technical knowledge on CPQ, Order to Cash business capabilities
Partner with the Off-shore (India Team) technical and functional leadership team on prioritization and meet delivery commitment
Establish strong partnership with Partners, BSA to refine Establish detail technical tasks and deliverables and communicate status, risks and issues to both technology and business leadership
Engage in with BSA, architects and technical leads and/or lead code reviews to ensure best practice coding processes
Work with release manager to plan releases and release schedules
Work in a cross-functional team across multiple projects
Understand and be able to identify bottlenecks across the system and evaluate performance of various components
Analyze, evaluate and propose technologies to efficiently address product requirements in the software design
Execute full lifecycle software development using standard Out of the Box configurations, BML scripting for Config rules, Oracle's APIs and cross-functional module of Oracle fusion applications
Advanced knowledge and practical experience with application design principles, patterns, and practice in order to provide immediate short- and long-term solutions
Review and debug existing source code and resolve support requests for existing environments
Engineering / CS / MIS degree (Bachelor's; graduate degree a plus) and 10+ relevant industry experience
Have at least 8+ years of experience as a manager leading a SaaS business applications including robust technical hands-on experience in CPQ, Order to Cash, Subscription Billing, Tax, Payment and Invoice Management and related capabilities
Deep technical & functional hands-on experience in the Oracle and Zuora platform, technology and integrations including workflows, BML scripting, SQL queries, APIs mandatory
Experience with dev/data ops to enable the team to move at scale
Track-record of solving complex data processing and storage challenges through scalable, fault-tolerant architecture
Significant prior experience in designing and building highly scalable and reliable solutions using Oracle Big Machine, Oracle Fusion, Oracle Subscription in a PaaS infrastructure
Software development experience with proficiency in Python, Java, or another language.
Prior experience in coming up with extended scalable solutions in the cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and database technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, SQL/NoSQL and or columnar databases
Highly positive and collaborative individual that excels at developing working relationships, building consensus, and fostering trust and collaboration at all levels

Zoom is aware of scams that involve fake Zoom job listings posted on third-party sites. Responding applicants are contacted primarily over email, InMail and/or chat applications by people impersonating Zoom employees.
