About the Team
Zoom is looking for a high performing, results oriented individual to join our FP&A team! The primary role of the Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A is to provide business partnering and financial support to the Online & Marketing Finance team.
Reporting into the Sr. Finance Manager of Marketing, you will oversee headcount management, operating expense tracking and forecasting, variance analysis, and other decision support for the teams. This is a highly cross-functional role, where you will partner closely with the Online, Marketing, Accounting, and Corporate Finance teams to provide accurate financial forecasting, meaningful performance updates, and business process improvements. Comfort with ambiguity paired with the desire to see things through is crucial to be successful in this role.
About the Role
Own the financial close process and ensure the accuracy of month-end accounting and reporting
Analyze month-end variances to finance and business partners
Build effective cross-functional relationship with the Online and Marketing teams and keep track of expense trajectories
Serve as the finance liaison to support the business in our financial controls and processes related to procurement, accounting, tax, and legal
Drive standardization and automation of headcount and expense reporting
Own the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes
Assist the business in making trade-off decisions regarding headcount resourcing and support levels
Develop a deep understanding of business initiatives to support ad-hoc analyses
5+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
High proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, specifically Sheets, Slides, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented with the ability to identify process gaps and recommend improvements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize information to non-financial audiences
Previous experience with Anaplan and Oracle ERP is preferred but not required

Colorado Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Maximum :$160,560.00 USD
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus and equity value. Information about Zoom’s benefits is here. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.

Fraudulent Employment Offers
Zoom is aware of scams that involve fake Zoom job listings posted on third-party sites. Responding applicants are contacted primarily over email, InMail and/or chat applications by people impersonating Zoom employees. Eventually a fake offer letter is sent in exchange for personal identification information as part of a fake new-hire screening process.
