Reporting to the Head of Design, you will lead a team of UX Researchers, responsible for identifying and sharing insights that help the company grow while focusing on what’s important. You will provide context, capabilities and operational scale to the design and product organization. You will also continue to grow and develop a team of researchers by helping to bring our product vision to life. If you have the right blend of maturity, operational excellence, as well as being an inspiring leader, this role is custom made for you.
Oversee all of UX research at Zoom and help shape the path forward for the company leveraging the insights learned.
Support a team of top tier researchers who drive the UX research on how members react to our overall customer experience.
Encourage ever deepening empathy from your team as they continually figure out ways to better understand our current and future members.
Proactively find opportunities for research to have a strategic impact across key product initiatives.
Empower the product and design teams to conduct research on their own in a scalable, efficient way.
Lean into innovative techniques to advance the craft of user research, market research and consumer insights.
Hone your team’s storytelling abilities as they effectively interpret and share all kinds of data within the company.
Improve and expand the team by attracting, developing and retaining high-performing senior research professionals who bring diverse perspectives and excel within an inclusive environment.
Lead with context and promote an atmosphere of candor, trust and transparency.
Continually build bridges to firm up fruitful collaborations with senior leadership across the content, marketing, engineering and product organizations.

Fraudulent Employment Offers
Zoom is aware of scams that involve fake Zoom job listings posted on third-party sites. Responding applicants are contacted primarily over email, InMail and/or chat applications by people impersonating Zoom employees. Eventually a fake offer letter is sent in exchange for personal identification information as part of a fake new-hire screening process.
Please be advised that these offers, communications and impersonations are illegitimate and fraudulent. All communication with Zoom employees come from a “@zoom.us” email address. Zoom job applicants complete an interview process including in-person (on Zoom) meetings and phone calls. Our process also requires you to create an account with our applicant tracking system, Workday.
Zoom will never ask for your personally identifying information during the interview process or ask you to pay money or purchase equipment. If you have received a message from Zoom that appears suspicious, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
