What You Can Expect

Zoom is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to design, build, and demonstrate optimal solutions aligned with business challenges. You will serve as a trusted advocate for customers and channel partners, working with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success teams to deliver seamless solutions and concrete business outcomes.

You will support Account Executives communicating Zoom's solution advantages and guiding customers through complex collaboration challenges.

This role requires deep understanding of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) industry and a strong understanding of Agentic AI and Conversational AI integration into business workflows

**This role is based in Mumbai or Bangalore only**

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading strategic sales opportunities and providing pre-sales support to customers and enablement for partners and internal teams

  • Leading technical strategy discussions on complex architectural concerns (deployments, integrations, interoperability

  • Delivers tailored demonstrations to senior leadership, incorporating technical discovery and business impact

  • Providing market-specific recommendations to customers by leveraging industry trends, competitive analysis

  • Serving as subject-matter expert in AI-Powerred UCaaS services, understanding AI industry trends, and competitive landscape

  • Designing and delivering next-generation AI communication solutions through demos, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), Hands on Experience in implementing configuring POC environments

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of technical presales or solutions engineering experience in UCaaS domains with leading platforms

  • Experience in AI Integration & Workflow Automation Connecting UCaaS platforms to business systems (CRM, ITSM, HRIS) via AI-powered workflows.

  • Experience in designing Custom AI Agents, AI Assisted Agent Tools

  • Experience with AI technologies including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, AI workflows will be highly regarded.

  • Excellent presentation skills to explain complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders

  • Ability to collaborate with and influence sales, marketing, and product teams
