Overview:

As a senior leader in GTM Optimization, you will be a part of the GTM Excellence Enablement Team closely aligned to Methodology, Skills, and Tools with a focus on optimizing sales performance by initially concentrating  on a select group of Sales Tools. We are looking for someone who can partner closely with our Ops counterparts to drive and execute tool strategy.  If you are someone who has a love for technology, operational excellence,  optimizing adoption and engagement of tools, and bringing cross-functional teams together, then this is an excellent role for you!

You will: 

  • Support GTM team on all aspects of Sales Methodology (including process and skills) through Optimization of select Sales Tools by building the strategy, facilitating, and delivering effective hands-on tool training.  Do this by utilizing both one-on-one and group settings, workshops, on-demand, virtual, and in-person training.

  • Drive continuous improvement through aligning select tools to every part of the sales process in a prescriptive manner 

  • Drive the improvement process by translating business requirements into functional and technical requirements and collaborating with Sales Ops/IT to determine the best-case application configuration and design

  • Continuously assess, enable, and measure successes of select Sales Tools and implement changes that lead to improved tool adoption and performance to improve efficiency and revenue through tool data usage as it correlates to performance for root cause analysis, evaluating alternatives and recommending solutions

  • Support ongoing standardization for select Sales Tools: creating templates, training, vendor report cards, impact analysis, utilization metrics, funnel impact/outcomes

  • Identify opportunities for tool enhancements through collaboration with Revenue/GTM leadership

  • Collaborate with various roles and other departments and key stakeholders as strategic partners to identify and solve challenges across the GTM organization leveraging our tool stack

  • Be a key stakeholder on the team evaluating new sales tools

  • Maximize GTM tool support by reviewing vendor solutions, assessing impacts and documenting benefits

You have:

  • 7+ years’ experience in sales and/or sales enablement with a successful track record of training and developing world class sales teams

  • 5+ years of experience in quota carrying direct or channel sale role

  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, sales process, and productivity and coaching tools

  • Deep experience with Sales Tools Strategy, and have rolled out tools globally before in prior roles

  • Understand the nuances and fast paced environment of a high growth company and uses professional concepts in developing resolution to critical issues

  • Serves as an external spokesperson for the GTM Excellence team and able to create formal networks with key decision makers

  • Familiar with  sales process (CRM), sales messaging, and multiple sales methodology formats (Corporate Visions and MEDDPICC a plus)

  • Highly organized and able to prioritize work effectively.

  • An aptitude for problem-solving and working cross-functionally with others

Colorado Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$147,240.00 USD

Maximum :

$257,670.00 USD

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus and equity value.  Information about Zoom’s benefits is hereNote: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.  We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
