About the Team
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager, Integrations with deep expertise in communication, messaging, and collaboration products to work on expanding Zoom platform offering. This position involves working with large enterprise customers, building the roadmap, and developing third-party app integrations that enhance user experience with Zoom.
About the Role
Help define and execute our platform integrations and APIs
Collaborate with stakeholders and drive delivery of features, processes and happiness.
Prioritize roadmap and communicate plans with stakeholders.
Define product requirements and work with User Experience team to design our product experience.
Own and drive key integrations into Zoom products
Own and drive the APIs roadmap forward
Define and develop advanced enterprise-grade features and new API endpoints
Gather user research and customer requests and translate them into clear and concise technical product requirements
Identify key third-party services and implement corresponding API integrations
Create consistent, unified experience across products, platforms, and devices
Evangelize our product and vision to customers of all sizes, from single proprietors to Fortune 100 executives.
8+ Product Management experience preferably in SaaS based Enterprise focused organization
Experience working with APIs or third party integrations
Experience creating technical product and design documents.
Strong UX/UI sensibility - you understand when having a few pixels offset could determine success or failure.
Previously built applications for Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android.
Excellent partner management and communication skills
Must have strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen
Demonstrated data-driven decision making skills
Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, and self-motivated
A proven record of managing and successfully delivering new products and features
Ability to crystallize vague concepts into concise plans.
Understanding that speed is everything, but prioritizing the right thing is equally important - you appreciate delivering impact quickly.
Bachelors or Advanced Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
Experience with UCaaS platforms
High level understanding of compliance and security for Enterprise products
Experience working with developer platforms and marketplaces

Responding applicants are contacted primarily over email, InMail and/or chat applications by people impersonating Zoom employees.
