About PX Technology:

The PX Technology team is a Functional Workday organization that is responsible for the development of HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Talent configuration within the system to meet the goals and priorities of the organization.

As a Senior People Analytics Architect, you will be responsible for owning and driving the reporting roadmap for all stakeholders in the organization and developing a scalable reporting catalog and dashboard architecture for all analytics and reporting at Zoom.


• Role responsible for owning and developing reporting governance for all Workday reports.
• Partner with Workday Product Managers on research and design initiatives
• Partnering closely with People Experience CoEs to develop tailored reporting catalog for multiple teams.
• Audit people data for themes and areas of opportunities.

Required Experience:


• Minimum of 5 years of Advanced Workday report writing
• Workday Composite Reporting experience required
• Communication skills for collaborating with a wide set of interdependent teams
• Prioritization and problem solving skills
• Strong understanding of design thinking and product development process
• Experience in one or more of the following functional areas: HR staffing, diversity, compensation, talent, learning and recruiting.
