ABOUT THE TEAM
Customer Support and Billing is a global team that provides around the clock support to Zoom for Commercial and Zoom for Government. We are the Service Delivery Team for levels of Customers from Small Business to Premier Services. We also play an integral part for all Go To Market New products and Features.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Senior Billing Manager for Zoom, you will play a critical role in working with our strategic business partners and applying best practices in Billing governance and management. You will have 5 direct reports and report to the Head of Customer Support and Billing.
Manage the activities of credit approval and credit collection
Develop, implement and maintain systems, procedures, and policies
Recommend credit limits and handle special credit arrangements and problem collection accounts
Oversee analysis of accounts receivable, aging of accounts to determine overdue accounts, and collection procedures
Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function
Establish operational objectives and work plans and delegate assignments to subordinates
Take part in developing, modifying and executing company policies that affect immediate operations and may also have company-wide effect
Work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
Implement strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
Establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements
Regularly interact with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers
Exercise supervision in terms of costs, methods, and staffing
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Experience managing program and project progress against plan and provide communication on status, risks, and issues
Cross collaborating to Legal, Finance, or Business Operations
4+ years of billing management experience preferably working in or with a global business organization
Mid-level management experience working in a multinational management consulting or professional services company
Reporting document vendor audit observations and providing information to stakeholders on vendor status and gap analysis
Tracking vendors to ensure service level agreements are being met along with on-going reporting of vendor performance and quality
Ability to identify vendor reporting/compliance tools and make recommendations to on improvements

Fraudulent Employment Offers
Zoom is aware of scams that involve fake Zoom job listings posted on third-party sites. Responding applicants are contacted primarily over email, InMail and/or chat applications by people impersonating Zoom employees. Eventually a fake offer letter is sent in exchange for personal identification information as part of a fake new-hire screening process.
Please be advised that these offers, communications and impersonations are illegitimate and fraudulent. All communication with Zoom employees come from a “@zoom.us” email address. Zoom job applicants complete an interview process including in-person (on Zoom) meetings and phone calls. Our process also requires you to create an account with our applicant tracking system, Workday.
