About The Team

We are looking for a self-driven Sales Development Representative, Manager to based in Singapore and lead our growing Singapore team. Your team will be the first point of contact for prospective customers from our Enterprise and Major Accounts segments and focus on qualifying opportunities from inbound leads. You will lead and guide five SDR members and work with prospective clients to provide them with the right Zoom services to meet their video and online meeting needs. Reporting to our global head of the SDR program based in the US, you will have a great opportunity to build your management skill, and sales skillset and advance your career!

About the Role
  • Lead a team of sales development representatives to quickly respond to, develop and nurture pipeline leads as well as set meetings and create opportunities for our direct sales organization
  • Drive team growth through effective and strategic hiring by working cross-functionally with the recruitment team
  • Continuously work to educate and promote growth for direct reports.
  • Evangelize Zoom product offerings to potential clients (251 employee counts and above)
  • Assist the team with learning and adapting to new tools
  • Achieve quarterly qualified lead/meeting quotas
Requirements
  • 3+ years of Sales Development experience in a Technology company
  • Direct SaaS/ Cloud selling experience Leadership experience preferred
  • Inbound sales experience required SaaS video or web conferencing solutions selling experience preferred
  • Presence and proficiency in social media such as LinkedIn preferred
  • Strong collaboration and relational skills
  • Business forecasting, lead/pipeline development and management skills are required
  • A proven track record of lead conversion, client satisfaction, & teamwork
  • Must have strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated
  • Salesforce CRM experience preferred
  • Strong Internet research skills with excellent PC literacy [Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint]
  • BA/ BS or equivalent experience
