The Opportunity

As the Retention Campaign Specialist, you’ll partner with our Online Lifecycle Program Manager and eCommerce Campaign Manager to support executing and optimizing our multi-channel acquisition and upsell programs. This position will also focus heavily on supporting customers who participate in Zoom’s Refer-a-Friend program.  You’ll be responsible for tracking program results, gathering insights, and recommending optimizations to improve performance and overall end-user experience. The ideal professional fit is collaborative, creative, analytical, highly-organized, and customer-focused.

What you’ll do:

  • Support executing quarterly marketing plans to drive meaningful optimization around upgrade and upsell initiatives targeting Zoom’s existing install base

  • Serve as the primary internal/ external point of contact for all escalated customer inquiries around our global Refer-a-Friend program 

  • Gather and summarize customer feedback to report cross-functioanlly for program enhancement & optimization

  • Partner cross functionally with campaign leads, web team, engineering, eCommerce team, and product team to execute in-product roadmap

  • Support documentation and awareness of campaigns pre and post launch with cross functional customer-facing teams 


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience

  • 2+ years of online lifecycle marketing or retention/loyalty marketing experience

  • Demonstrated track record of supporting multi-channel acquisition, upgrade/upsell marketing campaigns 

  • Strong strategic thinking, communication and analytical skills required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience in video or web conferencing in the cloud is a plus
