Reporting to our Solutions and Market Intelligence Lead, you'll support go-to-market strategies with our global hardware ecosystem partners. You will work with product, sales, marketing, and channel teams, to create plans and content to support product launches with promotional planning and collaborative forecasting to help us reach our goals.
About the Role
Build relationships with marketing counterparts at hardware partners to create messaging and positioning that showcases our joint innovation and how we solve customer needs
Have a strong understanding of the hardware offerings and end-user use cases
Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure that partner hardware competitive advantages are included in the broader products, platforms, and solutions narrative
Bring a point of view of how parter hardware can improve solution marketing
Develop marketing content for presentations, blogs, datasheets, webinars, events, and other customer-facing activities that promote Zoom, partner solutions, and thought leadership
Work with sales and channel teams on enablement programs that drive awareness of partner offerings
Coordinate Zoom marketing activities with key partners and partner marketing, understand go-to-market plans, and enable opportunities to generate new leads and increase sales
Manage and set key performance indicators to guide and measure Zoom's Workspace Designer Tool
Facilitate go-to-market for the Zoom Hardware Certification program
About You
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the unique ability to translate technical details into business benefits across segments and use cases
Previous experience launching technology products and/or services
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills to present at external industry events and webinars
Team player and a pro at building differentiated messaging and assets
Can execute in ambiguity, but is able to step back and recognize the big picture goals
Humble and have a natural curiosity to always learn more
Results-oriented with a positive "can-do" attitude and a strong desire to get things done
BA/BS degree
5+ years of experience working in marketing for a high tech or SaaS company
Experience with video, phone, or room conferencing hardware is a plus

Colorado Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$82,350.00 USDMaximum :
$160,560.00 USDIn addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus and equity value. Information about Zoom’s benefits is here. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.

Fraudulent Employment Offers
Zoom is aware of scams that involve fake Zoom job listings posted on third-party sites. Responding applicants are contacted primarily over email, InMail and/or chat applications by people impersonating Zoom employees. Eventually a fake offer letter is sent in exchange for personal identification information as part of a fake new-hire screening process.
Please be advised that these offers, communications and impersonations are illegitimate and fraudulent. All communication with Zoom employees come from a “@zoom.us” email address. Zoom job applicants complete an interview process including in-person (on Zoom) meetings and phone calls. Our process also requires you to create an account with our applicant tracking system, Workday.
