About the Team

Zoom Video Communications is looking for a Product Marketing Manager for our Global Services Team responsible for Professional Services, Premier Support, Event Services, and Managed Services. Reporting to our Solutions and Market Intelligence Lead, you will work closely with our services, support, sales enablement, and marketing teams to help continue the growth and adoption of Zoom services.

You'll drive GTM for our service offerings, including updates and new launches. You'll create messaging and positioning, buyer personas, content journeys, and sales strategies to help drive adoption and meet revenue goals. You'll bring it all to life by creating and updating compelling website content, and impactful sales materials to ensure both internal and external audiences understand Zoom's service offerings.

About the Role

  • Work cross-functionally with service team leaders, pricing, finance, and sales to evaluate opportunities and develop services packages for different segments and use cases

  • Plan, develop and execute GTM programs to drive the awareness and adoption of Zoom services to our large customer base

  • Produce messaging and positioning for all Global Services, how it effectively fits into the Zoom ecosystem, enhances our solutions, and how it fits within the competitive landscape

  • Develop marketing content for presentations, blogs, datasheets, webinars, events, and other customer-facing activities that promote Zoom services and thought leadership

  • Partner with sales and channel teams on enablement programs

  • Become a subject matter expert on Zoom Professional Services for press and external events, and scale through supporting the communications team

About You

  • Depth of understanding of the requirements for scoping and delivering telephony or room system deployment services, customer needs, and end-user use cases

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the unique ability to translate service offerings into business benefits

  • Previous experience launching new services or solutions, and using a solution selling methodology to solve business problems

  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills to present at external industry events and webinars

  • Team player, self-starter, and a pro at building differentiated messaging and assets

  • Can execute in ambiguity, but is able to step back and recognize the big picture goals

  • Humble and have a natural curiosity to always learn more

  • BA/BS degree

  • 8+ years working in marketing for a high tech or SaaS company, preferably in a professional services organization or unified communications

  • Proven ability to take direction, turn that into execution plans, and drive the process through completion

  • Provide work samples for messaging and positioning, sales content creation, and marketing content creation

Zoom is aware of scams that involve fake Zoom job listings posted on third-party sites. Responding applicants are contacted primarily over email, InMail and/or chat applications by people impersonating Zoom employees. Eventually a fake offer letter is sent in exchange for personal identification information as part of a fake new-hire screening process.
