About the Team

Zoom Video Communications is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team. You will be focused on our solutions around conversational intelligence. In this cross-functional role, you will work closely with our product, sales enablement, and marketing teams to help launch new products using intelligence technology and grow market share. This role will report into our Manager, UCaas Product Marketing Manager.

About the Role

  • Strategy: Be a key leader along with team members from sales and product leaders in driving Zoom's conversational intelligence strategy with a keen understanding of modern technologies. This role would be well aligned for someone with AI/ML/conversational intelligence background.

  • Positioning & personas: Understand the market, segmentation, competitive landscape, differentiators, and opportunities globally to create segmented positioning, personas, and messaging that brings these technical concepts to life through use cases and storytelling.

  • GTM readiness: Lead cross-functional go-to-market teams to bring new features and capabilities to the market. Build key themes and stories to support product launches. Understand and contribute to product and feature pricing SKU and naming to disrupt and differentiate Zoom in the market.

  • Adoption: Analyze data to identify opportunities including pricing, sales, and channel performance, and the importance of feature usage. Analyze the customer buy-flows to simplify and remove friction from the process and increase adoption.

  • Thought leadership: Be a specialist and speaker on how our customers use Zoom's conversational intelligence technology, understanding the key benefits and problems they are trying to solve. Create thought-leadership direction, key messages, and content for trade shows and other events.

  • Content creation: Lead the marketing team on the content direction for campaigns, websites, blogs, webinars, and other demand-gen vehicles. Make sure cross-functional teams have updated key messaging documents, videos, presentations, data sheets, white papers, battle card contributions, and other assets.

  • Sales enablement: Work with the sales enablement team on strategies and content (such as discovery guides, personas, journey mapping, pricing) for both new hires and existing reps

About You

  • 8+ years of professional experience in product marketing for a SaaS company

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Experience in the AI/ML/intelligence space is a plus, but not required

  • You have excellent leadership skills and are successful in matrixed organizations

  • You're a pro at storytelling and building differentiated messaging and assets

  • You're humble and have a natural curiosity to always learn more

  • You're an expert and multi-task like nobody's business

  • You are comfortable presenting in front of executives, analysts, press, and large crowds

  • You are able to learn new markets fast and adapt messaging to align with unique buyer needs

Colorado Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$126,360.00 USD

Maximum :

$233,730.00 USD

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus and equity value.  Information about Zoom’s benefits is hereNote: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.  We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
