Product Manager for Zoom Phone Devices Ecosystem will be responsible for software programs that support hardware partners specific development. You are the owner of product features functionality and will be responsible for meeting KPIs and objectives. You will work with hardware partners to bring seamless product integration experiences for customers. You will develop product roadmaps and build alignment across the product platform, working with cross-functional teams for development, marketing, sales, operations, and the leadership/executive team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute product strategy and requirements for engaging hardware manufacturers to optimize Zoom experiences in the office and in the home office. Zoom's unified collaboration platform, specifically focused on enabling customers to adopt, onboard, deploy, manage and administer Zoom Phone business telephony solutions. 

  • Own the roadmap for APIs between Zoom products and hardware products through the product lifecycle: visioning with Zoom hardware partners, breaking down the vision into product releases, driving with Zoom engineering teams through delivery, working with marketing to cross promote joint solutions

  • Own the roadmap for features in Zoom products that are specific to hardware and drive through the product lifecycle

  • Manage the presence of hardware partners at trade shows and events to most effectively express your strategy to the market

  • Define the strategy and selection / tiering criteria for Zoom’s hardware certification programs 

  • Work with sales, support, and customer success teams to ensure the product is well positioned, well understood, and well supported.  

  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements to delight customers. 

  • Translate customer needs into well-defined user stories, business requirements and functional requirements for core management systems and services. 

  • Own, define and groom product backlogs, working hand in hand with development and design teams to drive agile delivery. 

  • Collaborate closely with other product managers, product marketing and multiple cross functional teams to define and maintain the core management platform roadmap.

  • Track product KPIs and analyze product usage data to identify trends and reveal requirements that can best enable customer happiness.

  • Be the leading expert on your product. Actively evaluate competitive and adjacent products.  Understand industry trends and evolutions. Work closely with leading customers and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in driving Enterprise SaaS, communication, and collaboration products and technologies.

  • Hardware or device management experience highly preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree required, master’s / MBA highly preferred

  • Proven record of managing and delivering successful products and features

  • Experience collaborating and driving results across teams and organizations.

  • Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated

  • Ability to operate independently with general direction

  • Executive communication skills both verbally and in writing

  • Ability to distill complex requirements into actionable roadmap

  • Operate with a sense of urgency and accountability

  • Domain Knowledge and industry experience with existing cloud or premise-based enterprise unified communications platforms is also a strong plus.

  • Experience with Agile processes and driving agile/scrum teams will surely be helpful.
