OVERVIEW: Build a Partner Services GTM methodology to drive strategic, cross-functional initiatives related to company new product, new offering and new initiatives introduction. 

As the Partner Services Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager, you will be responsible for successfully building and managing the delivery of multiple, concurrent, and high-impact, revenue generating services programs. We are looking for someone who can credibly coordinate between various teams both within the Revenue Organization (i.e. Direct Sales, Channel Sales, Speciality Sales, SE, CSM, Support) and across Zoom (i.e. Professional Services, Customer Support, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal).  The Partner Services GTM Manager, will drive the design, implementation and adoption of services program and project management standards, that support and complement Zoom platform sales into our Zoom Up partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution and completion of projects, ensuring appropriate depth and quality of the programs design and implementation

  • Interact with various roles across the Revenue team and Zoom to identify, define and design projects impacting Partner Services GTM to deliver on complex products and programs

  • Assess partners current services offerings and assist Zoom in further developing and optimizing channel offerings

  • Conceptualize and formulate best of breed channel solutions that effectively address key implementation objectives of the Zoom platform

  • Work closely with geographies and other Services organizations worldwide to understand priorities & turn this into plans for creating compelling standalone offerings

  • Effectively lead all needed work streams to drive and deliver multiple parallel projects and programs

  • Create, maintain and communicate, through multiple frameworks, to various levels of the organization updates on development initiatives and program status

  • Contribute to the product and services road-map through active feedback from customers, partners and implementation experience

  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance the business needs 

  • Implement partner performance management framework development and evaluations

  • Recommend initiatives to improve the overall program performance

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience managing complex projects and programs with long term ongoing efforts

  • Demonstrated experience working and communicating exceptionally well with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams, including C suite and Executive teams, business development, product management, product marketing, program management, legal, as well as our external strategic partners

  • Deep understanding of strategies that create business value for existing offerings, and optimal routes to market for new or existing products and services

  • SaaS experience strongly preferred

  • Remain flexible to changing priorities

  • Must be a result-oriented individual with the initiative to ensure that schedules and milestones are met across teams and projects

  • Superior organizational and follow-up skills with effective capacity to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks and projects without compromising on attention to detail
