 The Global Partner Programs team aims to empower Partnerships to deliver the best services and solutions so that our partners effectively deploy Zoom platform technologies. Within that team, the Partner Education team focuses on ensuring the success of our partners by developing their journey to grow their knowledge and become independent and effective sellers.

As the Zoom Partner Portal Website Administrator, you will work with our global SaaS based Partner Relationship Management systems that enable technical & accurate delivery of a world class portal experience to our Zoom Partners. 

You will work closely with the Partner Platforms program manager and Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to execute on the real-time technical and long-term strategic work in the Partner Portal Website and as a backup hands-on Docebo LMS administrator. You will also ensure the systems are configured according to Zoom business requirements and that features, and tools are integrated and updated all while maintaining system compliance with Zoom IT standards.

To be successful, this individual will have global website administrative experience, and the ability to deliver results in a very fast paced, hyper-growth company. They will act as the “owner” and day-to-day point person with partner support, channel operations and the enterprise systems team to build and document a seamless, integrated experience for partners.

We are looking for a forward-thinking, enthusiastic PRM/CRM website administrator that has a passion for helping others succeed and the desire to develop best-in-class Partner portal experience and processes. Our ideal candidate will have a primary focus on the technical website administration of an enterprise level PRM system, including administration, content management, documentation, and configuration best practices, and play a critical role in team management of our global Partner Portal.

 Responsibilities:

  • Successfully manage multiple projects and partnerships with internal stakeholder groups

  • Work cross-functionally with enterprise systems and web teams to execute on Partner portal website administration

  • Provide daily support, troubleshooting and train Partner Success team and self-service support

  • Act as Partner Portal website administrator subject matter expert and troubleshoot complex support issues

  • Support and refine website content management processes and administration practices for partner portal including review, testing and implementation of portal website content and system updates.

  • Coordinate the technical integrations and configurations for Partner portal experience, which includes PRM, integrations with SFDC and in a backup capacity working as the LMS administrator.

  • Manage the system data migration strategy and maintain platform data integrity or changes to content, links or user groups.

  • Build and execute Partner Portal reporting data process, structure, and cadence in alignment with KPIs for manual or automated readouts.

  • Assist in developing, managing, and enforcing platform standards, policies, and procedures.

  • Help with documentation and as a backup with maintenance of Docebo LMS system.

  • Learn how to create and manage basic and advanced Docebo administration functionality

  • Monitor and assist support escalations.

 

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of website management, analytics, design, and best practices and standards

  • 5+ years working in a technology company in software, SaaS, cloud, or collaboration

  • 5+ years working with running a global website, optimally a channel partner portal implementation and administration 

  • Project Management experience (PMP optimal)

  • Experience with global scaled engagements and communication

  • Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated

  • Salesforce CRM experience preferred

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience

 

Skills:

  • Heavy daily working cadence of web content management systems, SaaS based applications, and collaboration tools used by Zoom

  • Highly proficient with HTML/CSS; working knowledge of XML, SQL, JavaScript, or other programming languages

  • Skilled in core Google Suite Apps

  • Proficient user of Asana & Jira tickets

  • Proficient user of Zendesk and or ServiceNow

  • Website hands on administration and common technical international website configurations and standards

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing, fast-paced and demanding environment

  • Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives cross-functionally

  • Strategic thinker with a proven ability to build and execute strategy 

  • Strong business judgment and insight, able to look at issues from multiple perspectives

  • Effective analytical and interpersonal communication skills

  • Highly proficient in time management, organization, planning and prioritization

  • Ability to perform under pressure and prioritize workload

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
