We are looking for a Technical Enablement Manager specializing in Technical Enablement who is responsible for creative problem solving for all of Zoom’s Solutions Engineers (SEs).  In Zoom’s competitive market, agile content creation is crucial to SE’s abilities to identify and quickly fill any gaps. As Technical Enablement Manager, your focus will be on the continuous training and development of our Solutions Engineering Org. 

You will be a critical part of the Sales Enablement Team and be able to lead others in the organization to implement change, as well as measure the positive results of those changes.


You will:

  • Manage a team of global  technical trainers and be responsible for the overall Technical Enablement programs for our Solutions Engineering and technical teams 

  • Program Manage technical onboarding and ongoing enablement programs globally

  • Collaborate with the Zoom enablement and Global Architect teams to design, implement, deliver, and operationalize required advanced product related enablement programs for SEs

  • Design, develop and deliver eLearning, webinar, workshops, classroom-based delivery, and product demonstrations as required

  • Ensure all advanced product positioning is appropriately and accurately included in all SE enablement programs

  • Collaborate with Sales, Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales Operations, and other cross functional teams to identify, prioritize, standardize and deliver SE Product training and enablement 

  • Design, develop, deploy and deliver world class learning programs and courses that drive behavior change and increase performance and productivity across our SE organization

  • Build and facilitate product, solution and skill learning program and courses

  • Develop assessments, create learning strategies and process for learners to advance their skills and knowledge

  • Evaluate business impact of learning programs through metrics and analysis

  • Be the specialist in technical sales skills such as Technical Champion Building, Value Based Demonstrations, Objection Handling as well as Proof of Concept processes

You have:

  • A combination of technical and sales/customer success acumen 

  • Experienced Sales Enablement Manager  with 5+ years of Sales Training, Sales Enablement experience or 5+ years SaaS Sales Engineering experience 

  • Experience in UCaaS or Collaboration industry 

  • Experience in facilitation, training, content creation, learning and design

  • Experience in managing on-going learning programs

  • BS/BA degree preferred but not required

  • Project Management expertise 

  • Understand the nuances and fast paced environment of a high growth company

  • Highly organized and able to prioritize work effectively.

  • An aptitude for problem-solving and working cross-functionally with others

  • Driven, analytical, creative problem solver

  • High energy, engaging and inspiring personality

  • The ability to travel up to 30%
