We are looking for a talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Sales Manager to join our Zoom Team in Singapore. You will be part of a busy and growing global business delivering modern enterprise video communications, with an easy, reliable cloud platform for video and audio conferencing, collaboration, chat, and webinars across mobile devices, desktops, telephones, and room systems. You will liaise with existing customers to up-sell, whilst exploring new market opportunities externally.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of BDR’s to identify, develop relationships, and schedule meetings with Majors 1,001 up to 10,000+ (non Named Accounts) and Enterprise 5,000+ level prospect accounts
  • Strategize with top-producing Account Executives to target prospect accounts to fill pipeline and develop overall skill set
  • Conduct high-level conversations with C-level and VP-level Executives to address business needs
  • Create strategic emails to target prospect accounts
  • Continuously maintain and update Salesforce.com
  • Evangelize Zoom product offerings across territory or named accounts
  • Conduct ongoing research to identify new leads, obtain contact information and begin targeting through
  • Achieve quarterly qualified lead/meeting quotas
  • Assist the team with learning and adapting to new tools
  • Provide strong leadership to motivate the team to success

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a direct Sales role or as a Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
  • 1-3 years of People Management Experience
  • SaaS video or web conferencing solutions selling experience preferred
  • Creative thinker; comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated excellence in presentations skill with ability to build relevant, strategic messaging
  • Strong collaboration and relational skills
  • Business forecasting, pipeline development and management skills are required
  • Must have strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen
  • Must be eager to advance within Sales organization

  • Detail oriented, tenacious, responsible and self-motivated
  • Salesforce.com experience preferred.

Fraudulent Employment Offers

Zoom is aware of scams that involve fake Zoom job listings posted on third-party sites. Responding applicants are contacted primarily over email, InMail and/or chat applications by people impersonating Zoom employees. Eventually a fake offer letter is sent in exchange for personal identification information as part of a fake new-hire screening process.

Please be advised that these offers, communications and impersonations are illegitimate and fraudulent. All communication with Zoom employees come from a “@zoom.us” email address. Zoom job applicants complete an interview process including in-person (on Zoom) meetings and phone calls. Our process also requires you to create an account with our applicant tracking system, Workday.
