Zoom is the ultimate communications platform for collaborative work whether remote, hybrid, or in-person. Zoom Events is an all-in-one virtual and hybrid event platform, built on top of the award winning Zoom video platform. We are looking for a Group Product Manager with extensive experience in virtual, in-person and/or hybrid events across the event life-cycle, to drive the strategy and execution for Zoom Events, with a focus on event organizer experience initially. In this role, you will own end-to-end event organizer experience and strategy and lead a growing team of high performing product managers.

You have a deep understanding of event live-cycles from planning, set-up, registration, marketing and communications to administrative controls and user access controls. You are imaginative and technical to design innovative and creative hybrid event solutions. You thrive to simplify complex solutions with customer empathy and optimize products for ease of use. You have strong execution capability, a track record of identifying and building strong business partnerships and integrations, and delivering impactful business results. 



  • Strategize, define, and execute the Zoom Events roadmap.

  • Motivate and manage a team of Product Managers over a few areas namely, but not limited to, event planning and setup, event marketing and communications, admin control and user access, and registration.

  • Disciplined with prioritization. Focus the team on the most impactful features by understanding customer use cases, combining data with customer feedback to ensure you prioritize the right work, and reflect them clearly in your user stories, backlog and roadmap.

  • Instill your team with customer empathy and a strong understanding for the opportunities and challenges that our customers and users face.

  • Own end to end event organizer experience. Ensure the experience consistency and coherency at any product stage in the agile development methodology. Balance feature breadth and depth prioritization. 

  • Define key performance indicators and continuously measure performance of metrics.

  • Identify integration opportunities and business partnerships to build an all-in-one end to end virtual and hybrid event platform.

  • Collaborate with engineering, user experience designers, data engineering to deliver the product with high quality and ease of use.

  • Partner with Product Marketing and account executives for feature prioritization and pricing strategy


  • 5+ years of hands-on product management experience designing in-person, virtual or hybrid event products

  • 10+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping successful products in Enterprise SaaS and/or collaboration software 

  • 3+ years of managing product managers. Experience with performance management and recruiting and attracting best talents. 

  • Deep understanding and extensive experience of designing event planning and setup, event marketing and communications, Admin control and user access, and registration; and/or other aspects of event platforms 

  • Experience in building integrations with Enterprise SaaS and/or collaboration software, such as Marketing Automation System, website builders and event platforms, 

  • Good understanding of real-time communications. Familiar with webinar and live-streaming products. 

  • Clear, concise, and effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, a fast-paced environment, and agile enough to pivot as needed.

  • Knowledge or experience building services with privacy and security compliance in mind.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
