Zoom is seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of our AI-native Zoom Whiteboard product. This role is central to shaping how teams collaborate, brainstorm, and visualize ideas across the Zoom platform. You will own the product vision and roadmap, lead features from concept to

launch, and use customer and market insights to deliver high-impact whiteboard experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, customers, and ecosystem partners to ensure solutions are successfully built, launched, and adopted.

About the Team

Zoom Whiteboard is a core part of Zoom’s productivity and collaboration suite. It provides a visual workspace where teams brainstorm, plan, and develop ideas. As Lead Product Manager, you will shape the future of visual collaboration. You will drive innovation in how users ideate and work together across the platform.

In this role, you will integrate whiteboard workflows with the Zoom platform, AI Companion, and key partnerships. You will scale adoption across priority customer segments. Powered by AI Companion, the team is transforming whiteboards into intelligent workspaces that capture ideas and turn them into action.

Responsibilities

  • Scaling Zoom Whiteboard adoption among downmarket and online customers through go-to-market initiatives, product-led growth strategies, and strategic 3rd party integrations (e.g., Microsoft Teams,Slack, Google Workspace)

  • Partnering with AI Companion and Workflow teams to build agentic workflow capabilities that transform whiteboards from static canvases into intelligent, automated workspaces

  • Defining and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Zoom Whiteboard, with AI-driven experiences at the core

  • Leading cross-functional teams (engineering, design, research, data, marketing) to deliver high-quality, customer-focused product releases

  • Gathering and synthesize customer feedback, usage data, market research, and industry intelligence to inform product decisions

  • Driving adoption, engagement, and retention through data-driven prioritization and experimentation

  • Collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful launches and clear product positioning

What we’re looking for

  • Have experience driving product-led growth and scaling products in downmarket and online segments; demonstrated success with go-to-market strategies, channel partnerships, and viral adoption mechanics

  • Have experience with 3rd party integration platforms and marketplace ecosystems; ability to identify and prioritize high-impact integrations that drive user acquisition and engagement

  • Have understanding of agentic AI, workflow automation, and how AI can transform productivity tools into intelligent assistants that anticipate user needs and automate repetitive tasks

  • Hold a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and experience working in agile development environments

  • Have 7+ years in product management, including 3+ leading whiteboard, visual collaboration, or design tools products; proven in launching and scaling B2B SaaS used daily by professionals

  • Have proven experience with digital whiteboard technologies, real-time collaboration platforms, and canvas-based products; AI- or automation-driven experience a nice to have

  • Have solid knowledge of visual collaboration and design workflows, including brainstorming, diagramming, and creative ideation challenges in the enterprise productivity ecosystem

  • Have ability to use data to drive product strategy and decisions

  • Be excellent at aligning cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders, and presenting to senior leadership

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$124,000.00

Maximum:

$271,200.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
