We are looking for an LATAM Online Account Executive based in the United States with an assigned territory in Latin America: Mexico, Brazil, Caribbean, or South America. You will be responsible for a time schedule aligned with business hours in 1 of these regions. (Brazil times are 7 am EST until 4 pm EST / Mexico times are 9 am EST until 6 pm EST respectively. You will receive 1 hour of chat time and 2 hours of phone time a day.) Spanish or Portuguese speaking is required. This role involves qualifying, discovering pain points, consultative selling and using problem-solving to qualify potential for new sales. You will excel in organized communication, consulting people new to Zoom or existing customers, responding to client high-volume of inquiries, virtual Zoom meetings with users, answering phone calls, engaging in-web chats, & entering various details in CRM systems. This is a quota-carrying role and expected to meet various key-performance indicators (KPIs). 

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and Exceed Quarterly Objectives set by segment

  • Achieve Weekly/Monthly/Daily activity markers with guidance from your manager

  • Assigned Phone and Chat hours. During these times you will be engaged in client calls and interactions

  • Respond to client inquiries with a response time of within 2 hours or less

  • Demo, Present, and Sell to micro-business clients (employee count of 10 or less)

  • Continuously maintain and update Salesforce

  • Maintain a high-level of organization and implement feedback well

  • Evangelize Zoom solutions and Evangelize our customers 

  • Achieve quarterly qualified lead/meeting and MRR quotas

Requirements:

  • Experience selling, writing, presenting, and skilled speaker in: Spanish or Portuguese

  • Read, write, and speak English

  • Experience with various tools such as: Salesforce, Google, Outreach, Zoom 

  • Working with clients or strangers in a professional manner

  • Presence and proficiency in virtual meetings

  • Strong collaboration and relational skills

  • Forecasting, pipeline development and management skills are desired but not required

  • A proven track record of closed sales, client satisfaction, & teamwork

  • Must have strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen

  • Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated
