Currently, we are looking for a Junior Solution Engineer to support our SMB and Commercial (11-1000 employees headcount customers) Account Executives in our EMEA HQ in Amsterdam or remotely from London. The ideal Solutions Engineer is passionate about our Cloud Meeting vision and comes with experience in PBX/telephony.
The ideal Sales Solution Engineer is passionate about our Cloud Meeting vision, can act as a customer's trusted advisor and technical consultant, and will have introductory experience in PBX/telephony systems.
Provides product presentation and demo, deployment design and planning, POC implementation, RFQ/RFP response and also maintains a high level of ongoing proficiency in video, audio, networking, desktop and mobile technologies.
Assist Account Executives in answering client’s technical questions (with a focus on Zoom Phone)
Conduct webinars and other public speaking engagements to spread awareness of Zoom’s offerings
Set up integrations
Configuring room resources including Zoom Rooms
Interest in Technology / Unified Communications strongly preferred
Intermediate knowledge of PBX systems
Business fluency in English
Prior experience supporting Unified Communications, video or web conferencing solutions is a big plus
Understanding of H.323, SIP, RTP, QoS, and COS
Prior experience in ticketing systems preferred
After introductory training you are expected to be highly proficient in all areas related to our products and represent the technical aspects of how we solve customer problems
Business fluency in any European language is a big plus but not required

Fraudulent Employment Offers
Zoom is aware of scams that involve fake Zoom job listings posted on third-party sites. Responding applicants are contacted primarily over email, InMail and/or chat applications by people impersonating Zoom employees. Eventually a fake offer letter is sent in exchange for personal identification information as part of a fake new-hire screening process.
Please be advised that these offers, communications and impersonations are illegitimate and fraudulent. All communication with Zoom employees come from an “@zoom.us” email address. Zoom job applicants complete an interview process including in-person (on Zoom) meetings and phone calls. Our process also requires you to create an account with our applicant tracking system, Workday. If you have already completed an application, you can access it here.
