The Inside Sales Representative, supporting our Majors sales team (clients with an employee count 1,000 to 10,000), will assist with closing sales within our large account base. This will be achieved through effective partnership with our Account Executives, utilizing business development techniques and sales skills across our business in the UK&I region. You will also lead your own sales opportunities and this role will have a base and variable/commission package.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and run sales from start to finish for customers who have small requirements.

  • Partner with our account executives and renewals team to retain at-risk customers.

  • Build customer relationships to increase customer adoption and expansion

  • This role will require a lot of administration skills; providing accurate quotes and order forms to customers, provisioning orders and ensuring our CRM system is kept up to date.

  • Work with channel partners to provide pricing and close small sales opportunities

  • Process customer orders on a timely basis.

  • Travel occasionally for training and/or meetings may be required

  • This role will require a lot of administration; raising quotes, order forms, and provisioning orders

 

Requirements:

  • Native English language skills

  • Experience of working as Inside Sales Representative OR working within the UCaaS, telephony or collaboration tool space and looking to join a commercial team

  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and work across a high volume of customers.

  • Solid time management skills.

  • Strong relationship building skills when working with customers, prospects and internal colleagues

  • A growth mindset, self starter and a self learner.

  • Communication skills.

  • Ability to adapt to a rapid & constantly changing environment.

  • The drive to contribute, grow and make an impact on a rapidly growing department and company.

  • Whilst experience in technology/SaaS related sales is a plus, more important is your positive attitude and willingness to learn.
