Head of Product Security and Privacy
Zoom is looking for a senior product leader with exceptional security and privacy experience to help drive our product innovation. This person will be required to have extensive knowledge in secured service operation, product compliance, and trust & safety.
Set Zoom’s vision and strategy with regard to product security, privacy, and trust & safety.
Lead Zoom’s security and privacy product management team.
Define and publish standard security and privacy requirements.
Drive the security and privacy product requirements process across Zoom product lines, implementing security early in the product roadmap.
Represent Zoom as a security domain and product expert at customer interactions, industry and corporate events, and through community sites and social media.
Come up with a risk prioritization framework in conjunction with engineering, operations, and the CISO org that outlines the highest risk items that we need to do to improve Zoom’s product security.
Improve overall security and privacy awareness with product teams.
10+ years of experience leading security and privacy product management teams.
6+ years of management experience.
Comfortable with executives and stakeholders.
Proven track record of maturing product security programs and initiatives.
Experience successfully building security controls into the operational environment.
Hands-on engagement in day-to-day implementation.

Colorado Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Maximum :$315,000.00 USD
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus and equity value. Information about Zoom’s benefits is here. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.

Fraudulent Employment Offers
Zoom is aware of scams that involve fake Zoom job listings posted on third-party sites. Responding applicants are contacted primarily over email, InMail and/or chat applications by people impersonating Zoom employees. Eventually a fake offer letter is sent in exchange for personal identification information as part of a fake new-hire screening process.
Please be advised that these offers, communications and impersonations are illegitimate and fraudulent. All communication with Zoom employees come from a “@zoom.us” email address. Zoom job applicants complete an interview process including in-person (on Zoom) meetings and phone calls. Our process also requires you to create an account with our applicant tracking system, Workday.
