About the Team

You will lead Japan's Field Marketing team and will be responsible for working closely with Sales leadership on market needs, and building and executing a Marketing plan to drive demand, sales pipeline, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for multiple solution areas across new prospects and existing customers ranging from mid-size businesses to the largest enterprises from different verticals. Reporting to the Head of Field Marketing for JAPAC, you will be a strategic partner to the Japan sales leaders and teams, and will also work with Channel Partners and other global Marketing teams.

About the Role

  • Lead a team of field marketers to develop strategic in-country marketing plans and drive execution excellence (including but not limited to: prioritization, Sales partnership alignment, developing regional thought leadership, measurement)
  • Coach and mentor the Japan Field Marketing team to reach their highest potential
  • Guide the Japan Field Marketing plan providing direction to the local Marketing team as well as regional and global counterparts so they can effectively support the Japan market
  • Dive into execution details as needed to support overall Marketing objectives

You and your team will:

  • Leverage and extend global integrated campaigns and programs focused on customer acquisition, retention, and expansion
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a comprehensive portfolio of marketing programs
  • Align with the Sales leadership team to deliver marketing strategies and programs that accelerate deal velocity and increase deal size and capture opportunities for new business growth
  • Enable our Sales teams with marketing messaging that speaks to Zoom's audiences and educate our customers on new products and capabilities
  • Work with partners across our ecosystem to strengthen our value proposition to customers, create broader market awareness and generate new business opportunities with and through our partners
  • Nurture the relationship to enlarge the base of ambassadors for Zoom at events, customer case studies, webinars, and persuade them to act as sources for the media, and speak to other potential prospects
  • Identify opportunities to develop customer references (and testimonials) from different industries
  • Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and conduct ROI analysis

About You

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing within a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience leading and coaching teams to reach their potential
  • Ownership for a Marketing number with Sales
  • Experience with global and regional marketing campaigns
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Hands-on
  • Takes ownership, drives decisions, results-oriented
  • Raises the bar on performance for themselves, their team, their cross-functional partners, inspiring others to excellence
  • Professional English fluency

Fraudulent Employment Offers

Zoom is aware of scams that involve fake Zoom job listings posted on third-party sites. Responding applicants are contacted primarily over email, InMail and/or chat applications by people impersonating Zoom employees. Eventually a fake offer letter is sent in exchange for personal identification information as part of a fake new-hire screening process.
