We are excited to kick-off our search for the role of Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging, reporting to Zoom’s Chief People Officer.

This is a unique, ground-level opportunity to play a leading role in helping to define what it will mean to have a diverse and inclusive workforce and workplace at Zoom!

  • Operate as a subject matter expert on Workforce and Workplace D&I practices.

  • Collaborate with University Recruiting and Talent Acquisition Teams to establish a data-informed strategy for diversifying the talent pipeline.

  • Advise key partners on the design of structured processes to mitigate bias throughout all aspects of global talent sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.

  • Establish communications vehicles and cadences to ensure that employees are aware of the D&I Team’s efforts and progress against initiatives.

  • Co-lead facilitation of newly-launched Zoom Talks initiative across global offices.

  • Establish project management and operational excellence methodologies for D&I Team.

  • 10+ years of professional work experience in related Human Resources fields, including a minimum of 3 years leading workforce and workplace D&I-related initiatives.

  • Possess an ability to thrive in a very fast-paced, constantly evolving global organization and operate independently and comfortably with ambiguity and complexity. Outstanding project management skills (needs analysis, resource, and project planning).

  • Excellent advising, collaboration, organizational, leadership, and facilitation skills.

  • Experience in employee communications and/or marketing is preferred.

Fraudulent Employment Offers

Zoom is aware of scams that involve fake Zoom job listings posted on third-party sites. Responding applicants are contacted primarily over email, InMail and/or chat applications by people impersonating Zoom employees. Eventually a fake offer letter is sent in exchange for personal identification information as part of a fake new-hire screening process.

Please be advised that these offers, communications and impersonations are illegitimate and fraudulent. All communication with Zoom employees come from a “@zoom.us” email address. Zoom job applicants complete an interview process including in-person (on Zoom) meetings and phone calls. Our process also requires you to create an account with our applicant tracking system, Workday.

Zoom will never ask for your personally identifying information during the interview process or ask you to pay money or purchase equipment. If you have received a message from Zoom that appears suspicious, please contact careers@zoom.us.
