Do you have demonstrable experience enabling & leading Distribution Ecosystems across Europe, Middle East and Africa? The ideal location for this role would be the UK but we are open dependent on experience and partner networks. 

 

This is a leadership role reporting directly to the Head of EMEA Channels at ZOOM and working in collaboration with regional peers owning Tier 1 in APJ and Americas. You will be responsible for owning the go-to-market for our Distributors and Master Agents across EMEA. Leading a team of Distribution Account Managers you would be in charge of existing and new distribution partnerships through the lifecycle of Identification, Commercials, Onboarding, Enabling and growing their contribution to EMEA revenues. You will be working with some of the largest technology distributors globally whilst also working with in-country distributors to ensure we have the depth and scale to support our partner ecosystem. Leading QBR’s at xVP/MD/owner level in country and multi-country. A people leader you will have demonstrated skills in leading an international team and supporting personal development whilst also recruiting new members to your team. We would expect you to have strong experience and a track record of distributor partner sales working in SaaS, cloud services or UCAAS collaboration. Expectation of travel in this role would be circa 50%. You will hold a thorough understanding of Tier 1 and be the EMEA advocate into HQ on distribution partner programs. Working in collaboration with supporting functions such as marketing, solution engineering, enablement and specialist sales you will ensure each partner has a comprehensive partner plan for their country focus and accountability to functions in delivering the outcomes from these plans. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a distributor partner regional strategy that includes managing focus partners, recruiting new partners and growing indirect sales revenue

  • Leading a team of Distributor Account Managers

  • Build business plans with focus partners to drive mindshare and growth

  • Execute sales training and provide marketing support

  • Track sales pipeline and bookings against quota and other metrics

 

Requirements:

  • Ideally 10+ years working in for a technology company preferably in software, SaaS, Cloud or collaboration

  • Ideally 3+  years of management experience of distributor teams in the EMEA region

  • Experience building and training teams

  • Experience with large VAR’s, regional partners and distributors in EMEA

  • Experience with executive level engagements and communication

  • Ability to demonstrate success in creating a successful distributor strategy
