What you can expect
Bonsai (now part of Zoom) is hiring a Paid Acquisition Marketing Manager to drive customer growth through high-performing paid media campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, analytics, and technical execution . You'll be owning the end-to-end performance of paid channels while experimenting with new acquisition opportunities and building scalable workflows. You’ll join a small, fast-moving marketing team with significant ownership, working to optimise campaigns, test new channels, and continuously improve acquisition efficiency.

Bonsai is a SaaS platform (now part of Zoom) that helps agencies and professional services run their entire business in one place. Responsibilities
Owning the strategy and hands-on execution of paid acquisition campaigns across channels such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google.
Managing and allocating paid media budgets across channels based on performance, ROI, and marginal returns.
Leading the creative testing process for paid social, including briefing agencies and developing high-performing ad variations.
Building AI-assisted workflows to rapidly produce, test, and iterate on creative assets and campaign processes.
Driving performance optimisation across campaigns with a focus on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and incremental growth.
Designing and running experimentation frameworks for creative testing, audience segmentation, and attribution.
Analysing campaign data to uncover insights, identify scaling opportunities, and improve acquisition efficiency.
Exploring and testing new paid acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
What we’re looking for
Bring 3–4 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role within SaaS start-up space
Run paid campaigns across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, or TikTok.
Build and scale performance marketing channels with a focus on high-impact initiatives.
Communicate clearly and effectively in English, both written and verbal.
Analyse performance metrics and marketing data to guide decisions.
Demonstrate curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to experiment with new tools and approaches.
Work effectively in a small, fast-moving team environment.
