About the Team

As a Zoom Global Services Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth in Services revenue of the Zoom Platform. A successful candidate will understand the importance of building a strong and strategic partnership with the Zoom Account Executives to present the value of Professional Services to our end customers. This candidate will be highly energetic, willing and capable of learning and comfortable presenting and discussing our Services to all levels of a customer's organization.

About the Role

  • Familiarize and be able to present the value of Zoom Professional Services across the Zoom Platform
  • Build, track, maintain and forecast an opportunity pipeline using Salesforce.com
  • Conduct discovery sessions with Zoom Account Executives and/or the client directly to determine the best PSO solution that fits their needs
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas
  • Create implementation pricing and Statement of Work (SOW) based on discovery sessions
  • Proactively engage the Account Executives within your region on current and future opportunities
  • Be available to the Delivery team to assist in project kick off or answer any questions about project deliverables
  • Participate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals
  • Strong business acumen and executive presence

About You

  • Fluent in Japanese & English
  • Minimum 7 years in the telephony industry
  • Minimum 2 years experience of selling or working within a Professional Services environment
  • SaaS Business Sales Experience
  • Excellent communicator
  • Have a demonstrated, proven track record of driving for results
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated

Fraudulent Employment Offers

Zoom is aware of scams that involve fake Zoom job listings posted on third-party sites. Responding applicants are contacted primarily over email, InMail and/or chat applications by people impersonating Zoom employees. Eventually a fake offer letter is sent in exchange for personal identification information as part of a fake new-hire screening process.

Please be advised that these offers, communications and impersonations are illegitimate and fraudulent. All communication with Zoom employees come from a “@zoom.us” email address. Zoom job applicants complete an interview process including in-person (on Zoom) meetings and phone calls. Our process also requires you to create an account with our applicant tracking system, Workday.
