The role

We are looking for a highly driven optimization specialist to join our growing online organization. In this role, you will help to optimize the user experience by conceptualizing and building A/B tests, setting up personalization campaigns, and driving measurable increases in conversion rates and revenue. 

Technical requirements include expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, plus the ability to learn and work with multiple testing and analytics tools. The successful candidate will be a strong developer who is capable of handling multiple projects at once, able to take direction, and work well under pressure.

The ideal candidate should be collaborative in nature, and self-motivated with attention to detail, as you will be working closely with multiple cross-functional teams. You should have a strong understanding and hands-on experience with A/B testing, analytics, attribution, and personalization on a global scale.

 What you’ll be doing

• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, data scientists, and analysts to define and execute A/B tests 

• Identify opportunities to optimize lead form completions and conversion funnels to increase conversion rates and revenue  

• Communicate any changes, improvements, and prioritizations to key stakeholders in an effective manner and work cross-functionally with different stakeholders to share insights and evangelize the program

• Contribute to roadmaps and prioritizations for experiments and personalization campaigns

Basic qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in front-end web development

• Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g. Optimizely, Adobe Target, Google Optimize)

• Ability to write and edit HTML, CSS, and Javascript

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• A self-starter open to feedback and learning who can offer up creative solutions to problems as they arise

• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, measurements, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, ContentSquare, etc

• B.A. in Business, Marketing, or a related field of study
