Zoom is growing rapidly in the EMEA region. The DACH Field Marketing Manager would be responsible for driving marketing programs to drive awareness and lead generation in the DACH and support other key markets in DACH. You would expand existing programs into the DACH as well as create new tailored programs designed for the specific needs and cultures of this important market.
You’ll act as a strategic business partner to our regional sales teams. Your team will be responsible to build an in-country strategy, deliver leads, accelerate pipelines, and increase revenue by creating and executing on marketing strategies that align with Zooms overall business priorities.
You work cross-functional and will partner with a variety of teams including Sales, Customer Success and Product.
Build out the strategy and marketing programs across the website, demand gen and communications for the DACH region
You contribute to Zoom’s field marketing presence and events in the DACH region
Build out the strategy to market to some of DACH largest enterprises
Responsible for working with Zoom’s customers for various customer advocacy project
Work collaboratively with the regional sales leaders to build out marketing plans
Set scalable processes and systems so marketing can continue to expand within EMEA
Work closely with our regional PR agencies and communication teams
Analyse the success of marketing related campaigns and conduct ROI analysis
5+ years of experience in marketing within a B2B SaaS company
Experience with DACH field marketing efforts
Fluent German and English
Marketing event experience
Budget development and management skills
Strong understanding of global and regional marketing campaigns
Customer centric mindset, you are obsessed with our customer journey
Hands-on strategic leader willing to lead by doing
Problem-solving and sound judgment
Strong organisational and time management skills; ability to multitask
Raises the bar on performance for themselves and team/partners, inspiring others to excellence
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills with all audiences

Comfortable driving customer advocacy and working directly with Zoom customers large and small
Ability to communicate well at all levels of an organisation via presentation, written, and spoken channels
Self-motivated and resourceful, ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
The ability to travel (Post COVID) around Europe as needed including to event sites for multiple days

Fraudulent Employment Offers
Zoom is aware of scams that involve fake Zoom job listings posted on third-party sites. Responding applicants are contacted primarily over email, InMail and/or chat applications by people impersonating Zoom employees. Eventually a fake offer letter is sent in exchange for personal identification information as part of a fake new-hire screening process.
Please be advised that these offers, communications and impersonations are illegitimate and fraudulent. All communication with Zoom employees come from a “@zoom.us” email address. Zoom job applicants complete an interview process including in-person (on Zoom) meetings and phone calls. Our process also requires you to create an account with our applicant tracking system, Workday.
